- The incumbent will handle regular advisory and litigation engagements pertaining to Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, Special Economic Zones and related subjects.
- Drafting legal documents such as legal opinions, replies and tax appeals to ensure consistency, clarity and keeping in mind client’s interests
- Briefing and assistance to seniors in appearances before different forums including tax officers, Tribunal, High Court/Supreme Court, etc
