Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates & Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural and provide detailed candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.
Conduct talent mapping in the market to identify key firms and top-tier legal professionals & build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates.

J0239 : Principal Associate- M&A Transactions
Transactional experience- M&A, private equity investments, VC funding, joint ventures, corporate commercial transactions, and strategic corporate transactions.
Advisory experience- on corporate laws, regulatory or sectoral laws and compliance related.
Well versed and good understanding of corporate laws, including, Indian Contracts Act, 1872, Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) laws, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations,

J0238 : Associate- International Trade
• Post-qualification experience in the field of Indirect Tax/Customs/Audit.
• Good data analytical skills, ability to conduct quantitative analysis and prepare reports.
• Good Legal drafting skills. Knowledge of International trade agreements, tariffs and customs procedure is preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of assignments and deliver the same without follow-up and much handholding.
